Tulsa Tough Race Report: Hottin' up in the hills of Tulsa

Sunday was the 3rd day of 3 crits and by far the hardest and hottest day of racing this weekend. There was a big ol' hill on the course and it was so hot on the hill it felt like we were riding in an freakin' oven. The day came down to a race of attrition for us where no one wanted to go hard because the course was so hard and it was so hot out, so basically girls just fell off the back every few laps. On a few of those laps it could have been me, but stayed in and finished 10th, my only top 10 of the weekend. Beth right in there too and pulled herself up to the top 10 in the omnium too, so that was nice.

So I've raved all weekend about how much fun this race was and today was over the top. Tulsa is officially the most fun race I've been to all year, they even had a streaker on Sunday. Ok, he wasn't actually naked, but the speedo was enough.
