Today was a big ride. We rode to the beach, from Buellton it's about a 4 hour round trip, unless you're playing the roll of sweeper for the group and then it's about a 5 hour ride. It was a long day for me today, but it was completely worth it because we got some awesome views.
It was pretty cold when we rolled out today. I had to bust out the thermal jacket. This is California. It should be shorts and short sleeves all the time!

The best thing about today was Kurt was our support staff. So he rode behind us all day tending to our every needs, including doing some illegal motor pacing for me after a pee break. The coaches all got a stern warning about that last night, so shhhh don't tell.

Smile for the camera!
