You know, when you don't spend all your time riding your bike and racing every weekend you really have lots of time to do all sorts of stuff.

Today I went up to Denver for a little cycling summit discussion presented by Corey Hart and some other coaches and pros/ former pros.

Then I went shoe shopping with Sharon and Carmen.

Sharon demonstrates her running form as she gets ready to do some cross training this fall.

Then I went to the cross race and got to see teammate Anne tearing it up on the cross circuit.

I also got to see roomate Steph racing hard.

Then Mike gave a little demo on how to take barriers during his race.

Then after the race we went to the best place in all of Denver. "Casa Bonita! Casa Bonita! Food and fun in a festive atmosphere."

There are cliff divers... entertainment... music. Awesome!
