Saftey first. Kate likes to be aero when she warms up as Melissa looks on. Apparently Melissa is grumpy because she has not yet had enough coffee.

Only in Colorado - fleece - lots of it - with shorts... Good stuff! I want to do that but it's like 90 and raining... (and yeah, melissa looks grumpy)
