Today there was a cross race in the Springs and it was fun to watch the women's race because Kelli Emmett and Super Mom Lisa Strong duked it out all race. In the end, Lisa pulled off the win and the whole team is super psyched that our climber is back to her winning ways!
Sarah was out there too and I heard she had a spectacular crash. 
The crowds were out in full force for the women's race, but soon dissapeared once the men started.

O' it was spectacular. I have blunt trauma to my entire left side and some pretty road rash...(to be displayed on my blog hole soon, though it will not compare to your incline fall).
